We aim to keep all product information—pricing, descriptions, and availability—accurate and up to date. However, errors can occur. Product images and descriptions are provided for reference and may differ slightly from the final item.
We reserve the right to change product details (including pricing and availability) at any time without notice. These changes do not affect orders we’ve already accepted.
To place an order, you must be at least 18 years old. Add items to your cart, choose shipping and optional services, and proceed to checkout. You can check out as a guest or create an account.
By placing an order, you're making an offer to purchase the selected items. We may reject your order at our sole discretion if:
You’ll receive an email confirming we’ve received your order. This is not a confirmation of acceptance. Your order is only considered accepted once we dispatch your items and send a shipping confirmation email.
Orders may be cancelled before processing. To cancel, please contact us immediately. Once an order has been processed, cancellation is no longer possible, but you may be eligible for a return (see Section 7).
We do our best to maintain accurate stock levels, but availability is not guaranteed. If an item you ordered is out of stock and cannot be shipped within 30 days, we’ll cancel your order and issue a full refund.
All prices are listed in U.S. dollars and will be confirmed in your order summary and email confirmation. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your selected shipping method and order total.
We may update product prices at any time. Price changes will not affect orders that have already been confirmed.
If there's a pricing error in your order, we’ll notify you and offer the option to cancel or confirm the order at the corrected price.
We accept most major credit/debit cards (Visa, MasterCard, Discover, Amex) and PayPal. Payment is processed when your order is submitted. We will not ship your order until payment has been authorized and approved.
All payment processing is handled securely. We may request additional documentation to verify your identity or payment details if needed.
If paying with PayPal, you’ll be directed to their secure site to complete the transaction.
We ship all orders from Woodland Hills, CA, USA via UPS ground or USPS. You’ll receive a shipment confirmation email with tracking details once your order leaves our facility.
Delivery estimates are just that—estimates. While we aim to deliver on time, we’re not responsible for delays caused by carriers or events beyond our control.
Risk and title pass to you upon delivery.
We want you to be happy with your purchase. If you received incorrect, damaged, or incomplete items—or if you simply changed your mind—you may return your items.
Please follow the instructions on our Returns & Exchanges page. Returned items must be in original condition.
You may cancel your order and request a refund within 15 calendar days of receiving your items. Items must be unused and returned according to our return process. While in your possession, items must be kept in good, saleable condition, new with tags attached as sent.
Our liability for minor negligence is limited to foreseeable damages directly related to essential contract obligations. We are not liable for indirect or incidental losses unless required by law.
This does not affect your consumer rights or rights under Section 8 (returns).

We are not responsible for delays or failure to perform due to events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to: natural disasters, labor disputes, supplier issues, government actions, or internet/transportation failures.
If such delays last more than 2 weeks, you may cancel the order and receive a refund under Section 8.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States, excluding the U.N. Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods.
Sports LTD products are intended for personal use only. Unauthorized resale or redistribution is strictly prohibited. We reserve the right to cancel suspected reseller orders.
