Returns that are used, damaged, or improperly packaged will be refused. We recommend using a traceable and insured shipping method when sending items back. You may also choose to bring your return directly to our Woodland Hills, CA store location.
If you believe your item is defective due to a manufacturer's defect in materials or workmanship, please contact the manufacturer first. It's usually faster to deal directly with the manufacturer. Sometime they will direct you to the nearest dealer. If that's the case, we'll guide you through the warranty evaluation process with the appropriate brand. A valid receipt is needed to process any warranty claim. Warranty replacement is at the discretion of the manufacturer.
