The O'Neill Outlaw features their exclusive Nytrolite Foam Technology, using a low density polyethylene which is expanded using Nitrogen for the lightest foam on the water. In fact, the O'Neill Nytrolite Foam Technology is 3x lighter than traditional PVC foam used in most comp vests. But hold on, it gets even better this closed cell foam structure absorbs 15-20% less water to keep it light even once wet.
